THREE ways
TO SUBMIT PAYMENTS

1.

CHECK or Money Order

You can make a payment by sending a check/money order to the Chapter 13 Payment Lockbox:

Brian A. Tucci
Chapter 13 Trustee
P.O. Box 1838
Memphis, TN 38101-1838

When submitting a payment, be sure your name and case number is written on the check or money order.

2.

Pay online

Debtors have the option to submit plan payments over the internet via our partnership with Nationwide TFS.

Using TFS, debtors can make electronic payments and/or schedule automatic electronic payments that are drawn from the debtors bank account.

For more information, visit the TFS website at TFSBillPay.com or call (888)-729-2413.

3.

Wage order / garnishment

Once a Chapter 13 Plan is approved the Trustee issues a wage garnishment on the Debtor's place of employment so that payments will be deducted automatically.

If you would like to continue to make payments directly without a wage garnishment, you must speak with your attorney to file a motion and you must remain current on your plan payment obligation.

It is possible to have your attorney issue a pre-confirmation wage order.
